First the adult baby gets put in the Nursery, if he or she is good then they go to the park and get changed in public.

Being taken out in public in diapers and a baby girl outfit by a loving, dominant Mommy would be deliciously humiliating. Especially if it involved being changed by other women. This is one of my favorite types of fantasy.
