The Celtic Harp. While it is not pretty in a sissy sense, it is however, a pretty remarkable piece of musical art and not as easy to make in 3D, but I managed it. I hope you all like the images?

1: Simple Tunning Keys/rods

2: Wingnuts

3: String Holes

4: Isometric View

Important To Note: It took me several hours to do all of the tunning keys, the wingnuts, all of them and each harp string, not to mention the shap and texctuer of the harp itself, so please bear that in mind before leaving a comment. Thank you.

Thank you for the 'Outstanding' Comment Baby Butch, that means a lot to me. I am honestly amazed myself, truly so that I could do this beautiful harp justice in 3D, I had made a more simpler one prior to this, but I was not happy with it and I remember saying to myself, I can do better than this.

So I looked to the only other model of this harp that is in the sketchup warehouse, to examin how it was made and how the strings etc. were done, and I had a good idea how to do all of that in a more simple way, but still very detailed at the same time.

Having Irish, Scottish & English heritage we know my ancestors wore kilts. They probably played harps & fiddles & flutes too. Your artwork is terrific and I'm sure we have a sissy sister who plays the harp. This was a great present as we head toward St. Patrick's Day! Nice work! Keep it up!

Oh by the way, I am always looking for new things for me to make in Sketchup. As of yeserday ago, I just finished making Kit's Dashboard from the much famous Knight Rider TV Series.
