These are the synthesizers that helped to shape and make all of my music ablums.
KORG microKORG

KORG microKORG XL

KORG 01 wfd Workstation

YAMAHA CS1x

YAMAHA CS2x

I originally first started out playing on Electronic Keyboards. In fact the very 1st Electronic Keyboard that I composed my very 1st music on was the one seen below.
CASIO CTK-611

It had a variety of Rythms and it had a unique 6 track recording system built in. I have used various other Electronic Keyboards, but I soon found not really to my surprise that I was more meant for the Synthesizer, as synthesizer music is what I mostly grew up with. With artists such as: Vangelis, Jean Michel Jarre, Paul Hardcastle, Jan Hammer, TOMITA and Wendy Carlos.

I loved the sounds of the synthesizers, but for a very long time, I could not afford one. But my luck soon changed only one synth that I bought was brand new, which was the KORG microKORG XL, the others are all second hand from Ebay. Though They did cost me within the one hundred pound mark and I was lucky enough to have such money at the time of buying them.

Most and many synthesizers can go for thousands of pounds/dollars. I doubt that I will ever be so lucky ever again. Why more than one synth? I hear you ask. Simply because no one Synth is exactly the same and trust me, when I say, none of my music albums would never have been possible without them.

I know for most here, that it is hard to be able to underestand how one synthesizer can be not like another one. They are all alike. Yes, to some extent and No on the other hand, not quite so, each synth has a set of unique sounds, specific to that synth only and not on any other synthesizer.

Hence why and how that no one synthesizer is exactly the same as each other. Both of the KORGs have been heavily used throughout all of my music albums, they have been a real boone and very crucial to each and every music album that I have ever produced.

Both not only have unique sounds, but the most important of all are the Arpeggiators on them, but also they have been a few Arpeggiators too on both the CS1x and the CS2x, that have also helped and that I could not have done my music albums without all of those Arpeggiators.

Second to those are the most wonderful and various different sounds on all of my synthesizers. Lucid Dreaming, Ethereal and Eathereal Dreams would have not have been possible without the what I like to call, New Age Sounds or Fantasy Sounds, that are exclusive only to the KORG 01 wfd Workstation. You'll know what I mean by listening to those music albums, the sounds are so Surreal Like, very much Ethereal.

My Next blog will feature all of my music albums that I have ever produced and posted on YouTube, but posted especially at Bandlab.com has been Renaissance and Visage and also, you can download from there all of my other music albums too.

Originally I had produced a music album called: Aurora and several sequals and other music albums. For the most part, I used the CASIO CTK-611, but even back then, I was wishing that I had a synth, but I made the most of what I had at the time.

Only later on did I get the microKORG XL 1st. Of course it is known as a mini-synth, as you can tell by the image of it. That was my very first synthesizer. But I just had ot get the original microKORG and I am glad that I did so and that was sold on Ebay, the workstation came next then the CS1x and lastly the CS2x.

But during my collection of synths, I had a problem with my gmail account which was tied into my YouTube Account, but sadly I could not sort out the problem, so I had to delete it, which in turn meant deleting my original YouTube channel. Baby Butch, will be able to remember it.

But worst of all, I had lost everything that I had backed up to on an external hardrive. When I say everything, I mean literally everything all of my stories, my music etc. The hardrive had become corupted and at the time, I could not afford to get the data back.

So when I opned a New YouTube account along with a New Gmail account, I had composed some music, but I was not happy with it, in fact I had posted different music albums on and off and kept on deleting them. It's hard to explain other than I simply was not really happy with them, it actually was not until I got my KORG 01 wfd workstation, did my music truly start to come alive for me.

Sorry, that's the only best way that I can explain it. The music I composed was finally the type of music I had been dreaming of for years to be able to compose and never could until I got that synthesizers. I was beyond happy, I knew at long last I could not only do the kind of music that I have always wanted to compose, but with the synths that I had at that poin tin time.

I had a good feeling that a whole lot more music albums would come about and they did so. I honestly and truly consider myself beyond lucky to have been albe to afford buying my synthesizers, but these were bought years apart from one another.

Like I said, I doubt now that I am going to be or get so lucky, ever again, but only time will tell. Until then, my collection of synthesizers has stopped with the YAMAHA CS2x and also sadly, so has stopped my my music making. At least for now, if I ever do a new music album, I honestly am going to need another and different synthesizer, one with plenty of Arpeggiators and cool sounds.

That's the only way now, I will be able to make and create a new music album, as I have truly used all of the best sounds and arpeggiators from all of my synthesizers and there is truly nothing more that I can do with them.

@ Baby Butch

Thank you for the comment, much appreciated. My next synth definitely wont be a new one. I will have to wait a long time now before I have enough money together to buy a second hand one on Ebay. You should see Jean Michel Jarre's collection of synthesizers, it's HUGE. *Big grin.* He probably ran into a simular problem that I am currently facing, or maybe he symply just likes collecting Synthesizers. Quite an expensive hobby to have, if you ask me. *Giggles*
