Hello everyone!

Well I am finally able to advance from homemade towel diapers to purchasing my first actual diaper! Its very exciting, but I need some help!

I am thinking of going with cloth diapers + diaper cover since it will cost me less in the long run, but I am a little overwhelmed with all the choices!

I am seeing Hook and Loop wrap, contour prefold, flat prefold, and I am not sure which way to go, and I am sure I probably missed seeing some types!

I found from my homemade towel diapers that I like them to be really big and bulky, it makes me feel more secure. I am also 6' 2" tall and have a 36" waist. With that in mind, what type / brand of cloth diaper would you suggest?

hey Sissydanika,, buy 27x27 diapers that will fit you and you know the cloth diapers do not take a lot wetting before you change diapers

Hi Sissy Danika! Welcome to Sissy Kiss! I find that Etsy usually has some shops with very cute cloth diapers. I've bought from the Adult Baby SIssy Shoppe that's here *Link* but their didees are not usually made to be used. They're decorative, and very thick, and comfy! I have their pink satin waddle diaper panty, and I wub it!

I also love these cloth diapers, which are usable, *Link*

If a cloth diaper is not thick enough for you, you can always add cloth diaper inserts to them.

Aww Christie that second waddle usable one looks perfect and it is cute too! Unfortunately they only ship to the US and Australia :( I guess I should of mentioned I live in Canada.

I definitely want usable diapers too! I guess I will keep searching!

Edit: oh, a little more digging on her page and it looks like she is willing to ship to other locations - I just need to message her! Thanks for showing me this diaper Christie!

Hiya Danika! I always wear terry cloth nappies with plastic pants - much more preferable in my book. Like you I had the terry squares but wanted something bulkier. I was so happy when I found these:

They are custom made to any size and the lovely thing is that they are lined with four layers of padding. They really do look and feel exactly like a huge babies nappy.
