Not my thing so I don't know of any directly. But have you tried imagefap? There are a lot of images out there, the only problem is skimming out the dross. Hope that helps.

I'd recommend trying Flickr, its not directly intended for that kind of content but there is alot of it about, be sure to turn the safe search filter off. There are groups for petplay, adult babies and sissies and probably some for combinations.
