I'm presently compiling a top 10 list of the best or influential films that are indirectly or directly related to the sissy lifestyle and I've come up only with the following films:

1. The Rocky Horror Picture Show
2. Glen or Glenda
3. Kamikaze Girls (just soooo girly )

Glen or Glenda was just absolutely bizarre. I am pretty sure it was voted one of the worst movies of all time, much like Ed Wood is the worst director of all time.

Close translation, but it is "My life in pink". I also thing it's Dutch, not French, but I could be wrong.

I totally love Clueless, Mean girls also a little in the same style. And also, The Princess Diaries, The devil wears Prada and Bride Wars. Those are my favorites sissy movies.
