A friend recently had a costume/dance party to celebrate Valentine's Day. Money's been tight so I really couldn't afford a new costume so I decided to try this new take on an older costume of mine.

I was really happy with how it turned out and got a lot of compliments at the party! It was also lots of fun watching my dress swish back and forth as I danced
