Chris was not being abused well not like what you think parents beating the crp out of him it was students mainly the foot ball team or some one else the bully .
now you may be asking what has Chris done to deserve this.
Chris was born with out a way for his testosterone to devolpe and the lack of a few other chromozones .
the condition had left him with a more or less sexless body but in the fifth grade since no Testosterone was there estrogen was among other things which started making him with a bit of girlisness about him.
"Well Megan this is the final time we can move, I had to take a pay cut this time."
"This is really getting old."
"Do you want Chris to get killed, the law dose nothing to protect Chris and you complane about moving about I wish we did not have too, I heard this new town is a bit more tolerable than most school's."
"What is it a school for a gay kids because I think thats what he is and has a boyfriend where ever he gose and he brings the stuff done on him self."
"Harold you know better than that and he is going to need better fitting cloths and you know it."

Megan shruged her shoulders and walked away to finish packing hoping this would be the last move they would have to make.
When Chris got out of the hospitl a U-haul truck had arrived along with the family car Chris knew what this ment the last time it happend a new school more of no friends and of course constant teaseing.
They were moving from one hell to another nothing ever changed just more of the same it never did any good to move but his parents were trying to protect him but five schools in two years was not a good record.
They finaly made it to the new house it was a two story house real nice place.
The movers wondered what room was what when Chris picked out a nice room on the second floor with a bay window once inside and his furniture set up he went about setting up his computer and his stero. he then found a place for his keybord and guitar's after that every thing else went where it should.
They had the whole weekend tp setup and find their way around like to the market walmart and the like.
Chris was walking funny because he was so sore from being rubbed rare from his ill fitting underware.
Megan Chris's mom had as of yet won the underrware fight yet and his dad was getting more angery by the day over the problems Chris had.
Monday came and Chris got up not looking forward to another school and the same problmes, he knew nothing would be different it would be the same as it was at the last five schools.
Megan tried to be cheerful and hoped it would rub off on Chris but she knew it was a uless effort but she tried any way.
"Good more sleepy head are you ready for your first day of school?"
She knew the anwser to the question how could she not.
Chris groaned .
"What ever .
He said in a depressing tone.
"Well I made your favorite breakfast pancakes!!"
No matter how hard she tried she knew he was aboout to give up on every thing he had even stopped playing music or even messing around with his computer which he built from scratch .
Chris was simply worn down and tired of it all.
His dad had gotten concerend as well though he tried not to show it as heread his paper and drink his coffee.
Chris enjoyed the breakfast and did his best to put on a postive face at least until he was out the door.
With the house behind him and the bus stop two houses away he made it there in little time.
The bus came just before it started raining.
He found a seat and once again it seemed no one wanted to talk to him which was the norm and the next stop was Bill.
Bill got on the bus and walked up to Chris.
"Hey!!!! your in my seat!!!"
Chris knew he had to show some sort of fight but he had little fight left in him.
"Your name is not on it."
Bill stood there looking down at him.
"I said move!!"
"There is plenty of room for the both of us you dont have to be such a jerk."
"BILL SIT DOWN AND LEVE THE NEW BOY ALONE!!"
Bill pushed a younger kid out of his seat and the little guy was only six he retreated to where chirs was sitting.
they finely reached school and Chris got off and Bill grabbed his coller.
"Look your new so I'm gonna cut you a break but i rule the school and you will do as I say got it!"
Chirs turned and looked blankly in his eyes.
"oh well another bully."
"What do you mean another bully?"
"Come on lets get this over with so I can move out of town after you put me in the hospital for broken ribs or something lets not wait ok do it so I dont have to finsh unpacking."
Bill looked at Chris and shook his head then walked off.
Chris walked to his home room for roll call and to have some one asigned to him who had all the same classes to show him around.
"Chris Henly would you stand here for a minute."
Miss Watts was a middle age teacher who had seen a lot of kids and had heard about the inceident where he had told Bill to go ahead and get it over with.
She smiled at Chris a warm welcoming smile but Chris only gave a small smile I could care less any more smile.
"Chris this is Harley she is going to show you around she will be your guide today, she has all the same classes as you except P.E."
Harley gave Chris a quick smile and grabbed his hand and headed to his first class which was intermedate computer operation.
In short how to turn on the thing.
"You dont look happy Chris are you ok?"
Her warm smile did little for him.
"Look your real nice I guess because you have to be and I know you dont want to do this so go ahead give me the campus map and you want have to bother with me any more."
"Is it someething I did ?"
"No No not that at all i just dont wish to take you down with me I get beat up because i look more girlish than like a guy, i mean its started already with some guy called Bill.
"Look Chris I see what you look like and i could care less aboout the fact you look like a girl a bit so what."
"So how about you try this on for size consider me a friend."
"Really?!"
"Yeah why not every one needs a friend and I never have enough friends and from the looks you need friends now get oout of this funk your in and give every one a chance I can see you had it hard but your here now."

"Yes there are jerks here but all schools have them you just got to know how to handle them."

Chris started to let his guard down a little but not much how ever Harley hoped to change that.
Lunch came around and Harley had caught him before he could get in the lunch line.
"Your not starting with out me are you?"

"Well you will lose your appetite when you see the crap they serve here it's gross."
"Well lets get the slope and find a table.
Harley and Chris sat with some some other girls.
"Chris this is Betty and Terry and Kim."

"so why not hang out with those guys insted of us?"
"Kim calm down he is not my boyfriend he's a friend and he is the one who moved in next door, im just showing him around."
"Wait a sec your that guy who said go ahead get it over with to Bill!."

"your either stupid or dont care any more."

Chris told his story and all the girls listened and discovered Chris had been alone and friendless for a very long time so they all agreed that he was one of there friends.
Chris came home in a better mood than he left but he was still sore from being rubbed raw.

While Chris was cleaning up his dad walked in.

Chirs said nothing just continued to clean himslef up and dap the blood away.

Harlod walked out of the room his face so red and so mad about what Chris had said to him he turned around and walked right back in.
Before Chris knew it his Dad had hit him squar in the jaw.
Megan had just walked in after the punch had made its mark.
"Harlod!!!!!!! did you hit Chris?!!!!!!"
Chris put on some shorts and some new underware ,rubbing his jaw he knew a major fight was about to take place.
Chris did the only thing he knew to do and that was go out side until it was over.
"Hi Chr... uh whats wrong? you look like you been in a fight."
"You ok?"
"I will live."
"Dad went on a rampage and hit me mom saw it so now they are fighting again."
"Can I be nosey?"

"Whats it about?"

Something kept nagging at Harley as she was walking home so she decided to walk back toward Chris's house.
When Chris had walked back into the house his dad and mom were yelling at each other then his dad hit his mom as hard as he could Chris turned and tried to help his mom but as small and weak as he was his dad turned on him after his mom fell to the floor and did not get back up.
Soon he started beating Chris up and Chris passed out from the blows.
Harley saw the door open at Chris's house ,she decided to walk in and she saw Chris and his mom beaten real bad.
She got her cell out and called 911 then her mom.
"Mom I need help I walked to chris's and he and his mom has been beaten up by his dad I think."
"Where is Chris's dad now Harley?"
"He's not here."
"Call 911 i'm on my way."
I have already ."
"Good girl , now stay there."
Harley's mom Janet winks was there before the ambulance got there ,she is a doctor any way.
It was a few days later Chris was relased from the hospital but his mom was a bit more serious so Chris's Aunt had been called .
" Janet Harley's mom took him to his house and stayed there until his aunt Marry could make it."
"Chris are you sure you dont want to stay with me for a while just until your aunt gets here?"
"Yes mame."
"Well Im going to stay here and so is Mom ."
It was not long until the cops drove up.
"Miss Winks walked to the door."
"Are you taking care of Chris Mason?"

"I thought you and Chris would want to know Harold Mason was caught and is now in Jail with out bond."

Chris went to school the next day after he got home from the hospital.

Chris's aunt had made it in while he was in school.

Friday came and Chris was very excited about Movie night and he was some what happy but he still was concerened about his Mom she was still in a comma but the doctors had told His Aunt and him that the swelling in her brian was going down and that was a very good sign.
It had gotten stormy while Chris was in school you know the drill loud thunder claps lighting and wind heavy rain as well.
"School was letting out and it was really bad so Janet Harley's mom decided to pick them up from school instead of walking or taking the bus."
Chris got his cell phone out and called his aunt to let her know what was going on and why he was not coming home he was simply going straight to Harleys house.
"Harley that's fine as a matter of fact I was hopeing I coould aske Janet a small favor if she would and was able so please hand the phone to miss Janet."
Chris told Janet His Aunt wanted to tak to her.
"Chris ask your aunt to call my cell and I can use hands free while I'm driving in this mess ."
A few moments later Janets phone rang
"Janet I was wondering if you could keep Chris until sunday evening, I need to go back home and thats a four hour trip plus I need to sign some papers at the court house as well."
"Sure Marry I see no problems with that I was going to ask you if he could stay until sunday."
Harley could hardly contane herself Chris was going to spend the weekend just like the others.
All of them where talking about what kind of movies they wanted to see and then the conversation had drifted to cloths and even guys but Chris was not left out at all he knew about this stuff he had been hanging around Harley and the others so much he knew about fashion and even music groups he had to admit he liked the same music as they all did.
Once At Harley's house Harleys mom noticed the girls and Chris were very cold so she told them all to geet out of there wet cloths and take a hot shower.
That was when Chris realized his cloths were at his house and his aunt was already headed out.
"Chris what's wrong?"
"I dont have any cloths My aunt left in such a hurry and I was to get them from home and walk down here."
Janet looked Chris up and Down and then smiled.
"Chris I think your Harley's size so if you have no problems with wearing some of her cloths until we can get you some of your own ."
"Ok I have no problems it will be just a little while ."
Harley had heard what was going on.
"Mom I still have that pack of unopend panties he can use as well."
"Ok you two get up there and get changed and into a nice hot shower.
After Chris got out of the hot shower he felt much better.

Chris had a bit of trouble getting it on but Harley showed him a easy way to do next time.
The girls looked at chris and took off his night gown and found a pair of cute shorts and a yellow top that had girls rule on the front in sparkly print.
they did not like the first pair of shorts then they found a light green pair of capri's and a pair of white sandles.
Chris was then sat down in front of the mirror and Harley started brushing Chris's hair out his hair was a bit past his collar .
A hair dryer was plugged in and as Harley continued to brush his hair Beth used the hair dryer and while that was going on Kim started on his nails she used a nice light glittery pink nail polish.
Then came make up A pink lipstick was used and light blush they plucked his eye brows and arched a bit and then his lashes were done.
once they had finshed you would have never gueesed he was a boy .
Chris stood in front of the mirror and was shocked but accepted the fact he made a better girl than a guy.
to be truthful the cloths he was now wearing felt more right on his body than any thing he had ever worn in cluding the bra.

It was not long before all of them had went to get in the car when a loud thunder clap made all of them jump even Chris.

Chris walked into the kitchen where Janet was waiting on him.
"Chris are you sure you want to do this I know the excitment got you to agree to this are your wish to make every one like you,"
Chris smiled
"Miss Janet Im going to look like a girl more and more because of my condition any way so it dont bother me none and Im happy for once."
Janet smiled

Then he laughed and went on.

The rain had slacked up a lot since they had gotten in from school so it was little problem driving.
While at Mario"s they saw Ben one of the guys who had been mean to Chris his first day and had picked on him since day one.

"Aunt Mary can I buy some cloths I dont have any and well the door is locked and all..."

Janet told his aunt what was going on and the cloths he wanted to buy his aunt had no problems with it at all.
With his aunt's ok Chris and the girls went crazy finding Chris new out fits bra's panties and even some dress's and skirts Chris was having the time of his life and he had all but forgot why he was with Harley and the others.
Janet noticed this and it made her happy to see him smile.
She owndered if she should call him or her.
The movie over they went home to find a car sitting in the drive way.
Janet pulled in beside the car.

Janet got out and grabed a tazer from her purse.
When she got to the car the man got out.

Chris jumped in fear and lowered him self down to the floor bord.

It was obvious Harlod was drunk.

Janet was hopeing chris had bent down so he could not be seen to well.
"Fine he aint there so where is he?"
Harley dialed 911 and before harold could get in his car the cops were upon him and had him cuffed and in the police car before he knew it.
Harold was yelling at the top of his lungs he was going to kill Chris for being so girly.
Chris was holding his breath and scared out of his mind.
The girls had covered him with the bags from the store so he could not be seen.
"Officer I thought he was in jail."
He made bail but he want again.
"I called his aunts cell and she said he is in your care so the cheif decided to have a car in the area."
"Thank you so much.."
"Where is he any way."
"In the car dressed as girl and under all those shopping bags."
"Janet I will be back in a bit once I get this animal back in his cage to talk to you."
Once the police car pulled away the girls got out of the car and Chris was panic striken he was having trouble breathing.
"Chris calm down he's gone now just take deep breaths 1 2 3 now again 1 2 3 now slower this time, better?"
Chris nodded and continued to take deep breaths to calm down .

The police officer came back by about two hours later to speak with Janet.
He knockes at the door.
Janet answer the door .
"I'm so glad you came back I'm hopeing you can calm Chris down he or should I say she is still scared out of her mind she is still shakeing."
"I was told Chris was a boy, but I also know the story behind what is going on I called his aunt and she told me you were his temory guardian while she was out of town until she could get back sunday."
"She told me that Chris should be safe here and you could do as good of a job as she can."
"I will try to put Chris at ease."
"Chris !! ,come heere please.."
Chris came into the kitchen where Janet and the officer were.
"Hi Chris Im officer Kent and your so called Dad is in jail he wont hurt you you can relax a bit and to top that off I'm going to be here all night just make sure your safe, so no worries."
Chris smiled meekly and seemed to relax just a little .
After the officeer left for his car the girls started playing games to try and calm Chris down it took hours but Chris was able to calm down enough to go to sleep.
The Phone woke Chris up, shortly there after Janet came into the living room where all the girls were camped out.
"Chris was up and ready to run he was still afride."
"Chris honey your Mom is awake and is asking for you."
It took less time than janet thought for the girls to get ready and go to the hospital .
Janet called his aunt to inform her of her sister wakeing up.
Chris made it to his mothers room.
Chris ran into the room and hugged his mom it made him feel better.
"Chris be careful of the Iv ."
"His mom instructed."
"I hear you have some real good friends and my you have changed in a few days."
"You look wonderful and happy."
Janet entered the room .
"You must be Janet."
"Yes ."
"I glad your here we have lots to talk about."
"I can see by the way he is dressed no wait scratch that she is dressed."
"His dad tried to get to him last night but we managed and he is back in jail."
"Good ."
"Chris would yoyu be a dear and let me and your mom talk?"
Chris really did not want to go but he did as he was asked.
"You know you would be very proud of Chris he put up with a lot last night and he is still a bit shaken up but he is ok with HArley and the other girls he is feeling a lot better."
"I dont know how to thank you janet."
"No need but we can go shopping with the girls."
Janet told Megan Chris's mom what all had went on and she was very glad Chris finely had friends who cared for him as much as they did.
"So Chris just accepted he was one of the girls and he has been happy ever since."
"Janet you dont know how happy that makes me feel, you are a great friend."
"I know."
She then laughed.
both of them laughed at her joke.
Chris poked his head in the door to see if it was ok to come back in.
"Its ok Chris come on in and be with your mom."
"Aunt Mary will be here late tonight."
"So your aunt has been down takeing care of you?"
"Yes mame."
"Harley has been helping me with spanish and english and she also helped be who I wished to be and knew I should be to be happy and so has the other girls who are my friends."
"I glad Chris , you will stay with your aunt at home , or you can continue the sleep over if you want."
"I want to continue the sleep over now it can really be fun now that I dont have to worry about you."

Chris went home a very happy pereson and had made up his mind he would prefer to be called a girl ,so he decided to continue acting as he should as a girl.
Chris and the other girls went to Mario's Pizza after the hospital and all of them were talking about guys and Chris decided he might as well see if a guy would be intrested in him/her her is what she wanted to be considered as.
Megan stayed in the hospital two more days and was released on tuesday.
During school no one made fun of Chris not at all every one seemd to prefer Chris as a girl even the teachers did so did the adminastration which allowed Chris to use the girls rest room and take course's aimed at girls such as home ech and could join girls clubs and even sports and cheerleading but Chris was happy as a girl .
When Chris got home tuesday after noon he was glad to see his mom standing at the door waiting on him as he got off the bus.
He ran as fast as his book would allow and hugged her mom with all her might.
"Now Janet you need to take it easy because tommorw is a big day and you just got home from the hospital."
"Ok Marry I will sit and take it easy.
"Chris you need to get started on your home work if you have any."
"I did most of it at school."
"Good me and your mom need to talk to you about something."

"Now it's real simple as to what you have to say and thats the truth nothing but and they make you promise to do that ,so no matter how mean your dad looks at you dont be afride brcause when you tell the truth he will be in jail for a very long time."

Chris testified and his dad could only spout insults and talk down to Chris which gave him more resolve to tell every thing despite the im gonna kill you looks he was receving.
It only took a short time for the jury to come back with a guilty verdict for attempted murder assult tresspassing attempted kidnapping for when he tried to get to Chris when he was at Harley's
Chris had great friends and they too where in court encourageing him to make sure his father was convicted and convicted he was he got 32 years in jail with out paroll.
Now that court was over Janet Aunt Mary and Chris's Mom took every one out for pizza at Mario's Pizza.
While every one decideing what to get a guy walked up to Chris and asked if he could talk to her.
Chris agreed.
"Chris I know what kind of girl your are and I would be proud to take you to the dance saturday the one the school is having."

Chris could hardly get over David one of the cutest guys in school and one of the most gay he prefered girls like Chris and no one disliked Chris for he was the quater back of the foot ball team and the captian of the basketball team as well as pitcher on the baseball team.

Chris returned to the table after talking with David.

David had been asking about Chris and had been wanting to go out with her for some time truthfully since he had laid eyes on her but he waited until all the family drama was over.

Weeks later Chris and David had become a item but it did not stop other guys asking her out Chris had become a bit popular on her own as well as her friends.
Things only got better for Chris she decided to add a Y to her name so it did not sound so boyish she wanted to be as girlish as possable and David loved that about her.
After every thing calmed down things only got better when she joind the cheer squad.
