Part 1: Joe is being taken care of by his older sister since the parents went to Europe on a long vacation. Joe is 19 years old with long brown hair and is feminine looking for a male. He is around 5’ 4” tall and weighs 110 pounds.

Kate is the big sister age 21 who is attending nurse’s school. Kate has long dark brown hair and smiles a lot. Kate is 5’ 9” tall and 150 pounds. She is given the responsibility to look after her younger brother Joe.

Don is Joe’s best friend since childhood, he is presently 18 years old. Don is 5’ 2” tall weighing 100 pounds. Don is feminine for a male with long sandy blond hair. He lives in the same housing subdivision as Joe and Kate.

Kate attends nursing school on campus in Orlando, Florida every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Classes run from 1 pm till 3 pm with a lot of work being done at home. Kate is in her first year of nursing school and changing diapers is part of her job later.

Kate is wondering how to get Joe to be a practice patient and get him back in diapers. Kate needs this type of experience for her classes at Orlando Nursing Academy. She stocked up on diapers, diaper rash cream, and baby powder.

On Friday afternoon after classes are over Kate is back home with her brother Joe. To her delight Joe wants his best friend Don to come over and spend the night. This sounds great to Kate!

“I want to invite Don over for supper and then have him spend the night,” Joe told Kate around 4 pm.

“I see no reason why he cannot do that,” Kate said, “Invite Don over and I will have a good supper ready at 6 o’clock.”

Kate is already thinking ahead and loves the idea of Don coming over early and spending the night. Kate hopes to have 2 practice patients to diaper up. This will be great experience and pictures will be taken to show proof to her college professor.

“Hey Don, I have great news,” Joe said on the telephone, “Kate said you can come over for dinner and spend the night.”

“That is great Joe, I will pack an overnight bag and walk over around 5 pm,” Don replied.

Kate being the oldest has a car of her own. Joe and Don do not have their first car yet. Mom and dad bought a nice used car so Kate can attend the Orlando Nursing Academy.

Kate is going to put on her Scrubs Outfit after supper and talk Joe and Don into being her practice patients. Kate will create a chart and has a stethoscope to listen to their heart. A thermometer will be used to check their temperature. A blood pressure cuff is also in her supplies along with a camera.

As planned Don shows up at the door at 5 pm and is invited in by his buddy Joe. Don brought pajamas to sleep in and a couple of video games. Joe has a game player with a big screen for this.

“Hello Don, nice to see you again,” Kate said, “you look rather feminine with that long hair.”

“Ha ha, I am a male with long hair like your brother,” Don said.

“I think Joe is rather feminine with his long hair too,” Kate said.

“We are a couple of macho men not sissies,” Joe insisted.

Kate went back to the kitchen to finish breading the chicken. She is making friend chicken, corn, and instant mashed potatoes. A chocolate cream pie is in the refrigerator.

Dinner is ready and on the table at 6 pm as planned. The food looks delicious as Kate, Joe, and Don sit down to eat. They both love chocolate cream pie as well as friend chicken.

“I need both of you to do me a favor after supper,” Kate said with a smile, “I did fix you a great dinner and allowed the sleepover.”

“What do you want us to do?” Joe asked curiously while eating.

“Yes what is this favor you want from us?” Don asked.

“I am in nursing school and need a couple of practice patients,” Kate spoke up, “the 2 of you would be perfect tonight.”

Joe looks at Don and he looks back at Joe. They are wondering what this involves and it is a surprise. They continue to eat and so does Kate enjoying the delicious meal.

“What exactly do you want us to do as practice patients,” Joe asked, “we are going to play video games later.”

“After supper I will give you both a hospital gown to put on,” Kate explained, “medical procedures like taking your temperature, blood pressure, and listening to your heartbeat will be done.” “You both can get dressed again afterward.”

“That sounds simple to me,” Joe answered, “no problem.”

“Sure it that will help you out in nursing school,” Don said.

“There is one more thing that is important,” Kate continued. “I need to diaper you as adults for the night.”

“Huh? You must be kidding us about that,” Joe spoke up.

“Wow, I was not expecting that to come up,” Don frowned.

“You both already agreed to be practice patients,” Kate said, “no big deal if you are both put in a diaper for the night.”
