You are the one that is totally in charge of your sissy. Your sissy should be weak willed, meek and humble, and totally 100% submissive at all times. Your sissy must follow all of your commands, desires, needs and wants, without question and without delay. Failure in any capacity, should be re-inforced with immediate punishment (covered later). Your sissy, MUST have a childlike dependency on you for all its needs. Consequently, all sissies should be kept in the mental age of anywhere from 2 years old to 10 years old. Your sissy MUST act in the juvenile age you have decided on, and it is your decision if the sissy is allowed to grow up, or stay permanently in the age you have designed

2.   Sissy Attire

"Petticoat Punishment" is at the very core of the requirement of how a true and confirmed sissy need to be subject to. All sissies should be required to wear the appropriate clothing for the age you have established for your sissy. Most sissies prefer to be dressed as little girls or even toddler little girls. A few sissies prefer to be dressed as baby boys. ALL proper sissy attire NEEDS to be frilliest, laciest, ruffle filled with extremely feminine and girlie influence, with lots of ribbons and bows. Dresses are a most effective form of attire, as the word "Dress", sounds more feminine than blouse and skirt. The sissy should also be no stranger to frilly socks and knee socks, camisoles, tights, onesies, petticoats, and any other possible feminine attire

3.   Diapers and Pacifiers

No matter your sissies age, there should always be several pacifiers (dummies) available for immediate usage. Baby Bottles are also a MUST for your sissy, all liquids should be consumed from a bottle, a sissy cup may be substituted, however bottles are best suited for your sissy.

Most sissies are very weak in nature. A sissy tends to get very excited when the loose bladder control or make a 'creamie'. It is ideal that your sissy be diapered and plastic pantied 24/7, (the noisier and crinkly the plastic panties, the better). Diapers can also serve as a natural chastity device for the sissy, and for this reason the sissy must be diapered at all times without exception. It is entirely up to YOU as to weather your sissy just wets the diaper, and placed on a potty chair for poopies, weather your sissy is to be 100% pee-pee and poopy incontinent.

4. Sissy Appearance

    Hair - if at all possible a sissy should be using her real, natural hair. If Not, a sissy must always be in a very girlish childlike hairstyle wig. No matter what, this sissy's hair should be adorned ribbons, bows, hair slides or barettes regardless of style or length. Bonnets and little girl style hats are optional accessories to your sissy's headgear. You should always take your sissy out in public to a like-minded salon to have her hair coloured or cut, and  make sure that it is well known that your little girl is really just a sissy in girls dresses.

     MakeUp - All sissy's LOVE makeup, at no time should your sissy ever appear before You or Other Superiors sans makeup. Just some suggestions are heavy eyeliner, pencil thin brows, and extremely have blush. If your sissy is permanently transformed having make-up tattooed is a good idea, (that way the sissy will never have to worry

5. Your Sissy's Name

     This should be exclusively Your decision with the sissy having absolutely no say in what her name will be/is. Again, if this is a permanent situation, have her name legally changed in court.

6. Disciplining Your Sissy

     Now that your sissy's has been properly dressed, made-up and named it time to discuss the all important decision of her discipline.  She should have curtsey practice in front of a mirror for at least an hour day, constantly saying something like "My name is Lolly, I am a sissy" through out the entire exercise. The sissy should always refer to herself as 'sissy' little girl', etc, and should be FORCED to act her given age at ALL times. Your sissy needs to understand and truly believe that she is a little girl or baby, and there will be no chance of ever reverting to the status of an Adult.

Spankings are a most effective punishment for all sissy's. When you inform your sissy that she is going to be spanked, it is best to have her "BEG" to be spanked. There are several methods of spanking so use your imagination. It is a wonderful addition to her punishment and she is spanked in front of other "Grown-ups", an they laugh, mock, and humiliate your sissy, until she is crying tears of pain and tears of shame.

7. Need for Exposure

It seems ALL sissy's whether part-time or permanent, have an overwhelming needs to be exposed and to be seen in their sissified state, The love of public humiliation is like a drug  for the sissy and the need becomes deeper and deeper with the constant humiliation and ridicule heaped upon the sissy for the way she looks and act. Imagine a (at one time) adult male being forced or openly choosing to be dressed and living like a little girl, sissy baby.
