Chapter 1
After everything was done Dan walked upstairs to the dressing rooms. F3 (Female dancers) the door read with pink fluff around the sign. He knocked and waited, no answer, so Dan knocked again. "Come in darling" he heard from inside. The door opened and a cloud of sweet smelling flowers mixed with make up and hair products engulfed him. Dan stepped inside, the room was a large room with lots of mirrors surrounded by lights. Each mirror had pictures stuck on them and below them were tables full of bottles, brushes and combs. He starred in amazement as the beautiful blonde and brunet dancers sat around in dressing gowns with long tanned perfect legs sticking out from underneath. The door closed behind him as the dance captain Chloe stepped towards him. She was a strong female with long blonde hair, perfect cheek bones, long eye lashes with perfect french manicured nails. "may we help you" she asked. Dan was still speechless but managed to say "Ellie told me to.." "oh forget her" Chloe interrupted " she is soooo boring, she never has any fun" she continued. " she just told me to tell you not to be late for the show tonight" Dan stuttered, "I always thought you were a good laugh Dan, guess you are just another Ellie minion" she said. "No no I am not that!" Dan cried "she is such a jobs worth I am totally a legend" he said trying to impress all the girls let alone Chloe who he had fancied from day 1 of rehearsals. "oh are you now" said Chloe putting her arm around Dan. "stay and party with us till the next show you 'legend'" she dared, "urmm I guess I could stay for a few minuets" Dan said slowly, he was not sure what he was getting himself into. "brilliant" Chloe beamed giving him a hug "lets have some fun".
Dan was stood in a room with 10 of the most beautiful girls he had ever met, all he could do was grin from ear to ear. Chloe led Dan by the hand to a seat in the middle of the room as girls continued to get changed out of costume from the last show. Dan looked around at the table in front of him, it had a big bag of pink brushes laid out across the table there must have been 30 different brushes. He picked up a really fluffy pink brush that looked like a small fan. As he felt it in his hand one of girls walked up behind him. Her name was Holly and she was a brunette with light brown eyes and perfect thin arching eyebrows. "Like my brushes do you" she whispered in Dans ear. "urmm yes, no well they are very soft" dan stuttered, "That is a fan brush, I can show you how it works if you want?" she said slowly still near his ear as her hand moved over his shoulder. "No no, its fine" he blurted out. Suddenly all the girls turned around and moved towards him. Chloe was at his other shoulder in an instant. "I think we should show him" she said with a glint in her eye. Dan jumped up "its fine..." he was interrupted by Chloe "GIRLS" she shouted. With in a second his he had a girl on both arms and shoulders and all around him. "I think its about time we found our new understudy don't you girls?" Chloe said with a wink at Dan.
