Jupiter's is indeed much nicer. The bows are bigger and hold their shape, the material looks higher quality, and it even fits better. Where did you get the nicer costume?
I've come close to buying one before, but I couldn't make up my mind between Sailor Moon Eternal (I like the pink puff ball sleeves!), Sailor Jupiter, or Sailor Mercury.
