It's simple actually. You find a dildo or vibrator at your nearest adult novelty store. Cut it to your desired size. Super glue it to any adult size baby dummy Pacifier) the restraint straps are uo to you. Velcro dog collars or balll gag type whichever works .

i was in a auto accident and was taken to the hospital. this was a long long time ago but when i awoke in the ER you could hear everyone whispering outside the room. was in a diaper and plastic pants and a red jumper. when they admitted me they were not sure about what name to use. the when the nurse aid came to change my diaper you could tell she didnt think much of me.

life is to short to stand in a line for the potty, diaper are for big girls too
