Finally sorted the straps out on this lolita bow bag and this dress came to mind to match it. If they were cheaper I would probably collect these.

While it's a fab looking bag it can only hold a few things so long days out it's pretty useless for a sissy with 2 forms of incontinence lol. A randoseru (japanese backpack) would probably be ideal school girl dressup hehe.

Oh, that looks great!!! I love that. You look like such a beautiful sissy in your dress, and bow bag. To bad, it doesn’t hold enough for your needs. Maybe you need a doll carriage/ pram, to hide your other items 🤭 I know that might not be so practical, but it would look sweet. 😁
