I sooooo think once the nurse has Bonnie diapered,instead of the "Mental Ward",she should admit BABY bonnie into the NEWBORN nursery ward.Where she can start her life over again as a FULL-TIME baby!!!

And yes Jill really needs to be diapered by here mommy.But why stop there,if you are trying to stop having "Boys" look up her skirt.Turn Jill into a complete baby again,and throw away ALL her big girl clothes and panties.Dress her ONLY in baby clothes and diapers always.That will surely stop the boys,especialy when she is in wet and messy diapers.

And as for Tony,yes start him immediatly in girls panties,and bra's also.But then make him throw away ALL his male clothing and underware.Then begin regressive therapy,until you return him to infancy state,then bring him up as the baby girl,then girl that he truely wants and needs to be.
