Thank you for all the replies and wishes.  For those asking I was hit while stopped at a red light, a girl doing her make up video on Tik tok hit me going 35 mph from behind. Broke T1 vertebrae and cracked C6. Had over 1,4 Mill surgery that required 2 separate hospital stays. I couldn't even think about a pair of nylons, a diaper nor a dress in last 3 months.

So sorry, that sounds like a horrible injury. As for the accident - I've been hit 3 times in my life, and all 3 times my vehicle was at a complete stop when it happened. You're never 100% safe on the road, even when not moving. Good reason to keep your seatbelt on at all times.
