Hello all, I was hoping to get some help, mainly I want to lose eight but I tend to gain now and Gain so I was hoping for every ten pounds I lost, you pick A reward, and for every 5 I gain I get punished. Obviously I would have to weigh in at least once a week so y'all can track My progress,

Does anyone have any other ideas?

This isn't just for me, other sissies who want to lose weight can join in, I'm starting at 279. 6 my goal is 205 or 200

A good reward could be clothes. The first ten pounds you lose you could get yourself some cute exercise clothes. Then the next ten pounds some shoes. The closer you get to your goal weight the sexier the stuff you can get. When you get to your goal weight you can reward yourself with a totally new outfit and a toy.

You might want to try www.myfitnesspal.com to help you lose weight. It's got a free calorie counter and exercise tracker that'll help you set realistic goals to lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle. A possible daily incentive could be everyday you keep with your plan you get to cum

This is a wonderful idea, unfortunately it's sometimes difficult to discover what a sissy thinks of as punishments and rewards. However it's exactly the kind of effort that a program like Virtual Master could take control of. I've done some fiddling with the control file though not in this direction.
