Descriptions not showing up and no way to fix it

I posted my first story on the site today, though it said it needed moderator approval. When it was approved, however, the thread that came up was missing the description that I had written, the title was not bolded and there was no way to correct this. The guide said to go to Thread Tools, then Edit Thread, but the Edit Thread option is not present. There is just Close, Copy, Move and Delete. I tried the Edit button at the bottom but the stuff involving the title and description were not present in the page that opened.

How can I fix this?

Hi! I got the title to bold. I'm not sure why it did that but if you let me know the description I can add it for you. Do you think you might have forgotten to add a description?

Yes bigbabysissy31 is right, that is the way to do it. You can press the edit button below your post and press "Go Advanced" that page is the page to edit your title. I made those instructions before an upgrade, when people did it that other way. I'll change those instructions when I get the chance to.
