Sissy Space Profile Pics broken? (fixed)

I can't seem to get my profile picture to work anymore. I tried uploading a smaller version of one of my new pictures as my profile picture but the server just comes back with a "not found" error.

Is this on my end or the site itself?

Hi E-Chan! Its not on all profiles but I've had a couple other people have simular issues. Did you upload a lot of images before or big sized image files and deleted them afterwards? Just checking.

No. I hadn't done anything at all. I went to edit my sissy space profile picture right after I made my "new pics" thread.

Ooo! I tried to post a profile pic to my MySissySpace and it didn't work ... when it loads, it's like it's leaving a space for it for a second, then it just closes up and disappears. Maybe I should try re-uploading it?

Yes Lil Jennie, you had the same thing E-Chan had. I fixed it, so now you can upload an image.

If anyone else if getting this same thing, you can go to the profile pic's upload page > check the box right next to the words "Remove Current Image?" Then click "Save Changes" without trying to upload an image.

I found this is caused by trying to upload an image and trying to remove the image at the same time.

It works now. Thank you and whatever magic wand you had to wave to fix that for me. :P

Not sure if this is related to the earlier issues, but I just tried adding a new picture on my profile, and now it's only showing what used to be the bottom part of the page. It says "Profile Neighbors", and the rest of the page is blank. Perhaps the pic was too large? I made sure it was under 200k, but maybe the dimensions were still too big?

Unfortunately, I don't see a way to delete the pic in question. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

-edit-

It looks as though I've been able to restore everything. I'm just missing whatever comments people had left on my profile. That's kind of sad, but at least the rest is okay.

Hi hun! Yeah this is an unrelated issue but I'm glad you got your profile back, sorry about the comments though! If you'd like me to figure out what it was can you let me know the dimensions of the image? Also can you let me know what kind of computer you are using? (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac, Linux, etc.) and what kind of browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)

Did anything out of the ordinary happen when you pressed for the image to upload? (other than what happened to your profile) I mean while the page was loading, like if it didn't load or you saw an error message?

Also were you trying to upload in the same block without deleting the previous image that was already uploaded to it?

Thank you, this info will help out so much!

The pic was 900 x 720. I had accidentally tried to upload the original file instead of the one I had shrunk down to about 500 x 400. I would definitely understand the site being unable to upload larger files, but I wouldn't see how that would wipe out someone's entire profile. Very odd.

As for my PC, it's Athlon dual processor running on XP Home. It was using IE 7 at the time of the issue, though I've since updated to IE 8.

Guess I'll just have to be more careful with which files I upload! It's just a shame to have lost all of those comments.
