Hello, new to the site.

I am a sissy, have been for around 4 years, my ex feminized me and still owns me, she had me over Christmas Eve and has told me I have to wear diapers until she tells me otherwise, is this a good thing? Something I should be excited about?

"Should" is an irrelevant question, because the fact is you seem to be. I would only advise you practice good communication in terms of what this new relationship really means for the two of you and set ground rules for safety purposes. I think after that, then have fun being a sissy baby!

Hiya! Best thing to say is give it a go and see where it leads. The only real question after that is "did I like it?" - it will only truly work if you both do. That's the thing with forced play - most of us here enjoy the idea of forced feminisation, petticoat punishment or nursery discipline but the desire to be under these humiliating scenarios is there to begin with. A case of no force truly necessary but most definitely preferred! (lol).

sorry i cant answer your question but you do have a choice even if its a hard one it seem your ex is doing all this to keep you close so my question is are you happy with how things are and what while you do if you do everything she whats and your blackmail is still leaked anyway

If you truly do not have a choice, we should help you break the cycle.
