They are little characters that walk around and do all sorts of things on your screen. The builder is to make them. I used to have little chibi ones. They were really cute!

Yes,Unfortunatly,I'll have to pay before I can make ones that will actually stay on the screen,all I have now is the evaluation version,luckily I got a few extra bucks from my tax return. As soon as I get my software registered,I'll start production ASAP,I'm going to be doing everything I can in the next year or so to contribute tons of "Sissidia" to the site from simple wallies and piccies to ScreenMates,ScreenSavers and Entire Themes.

I like making these kind of things anyways but, I hadn't had the power or space in my PC until now
