Wow, it never ocurred to me the idea of special punishment panties, but I love it. For example: for boys that are ashamed something like "former boy". Or maybe even denial of panties, for example if the sissy looooves ruffles, then giving them the plainest (but still girly) panties available, or viceversa (I like both). Or maybe special panties that are just uncomfy. The sissy is sure to be asking for his/her former panties in no time : ).
