i use to do this when i was 13 and experimenting with different ways to get off. i really liked it never understood y i lost interest in doing it guess it was because my mom kept getting mad that the ice cubes were dissappearing a lot faster than usual. but heres a neat trick to do if ur in a shower and r curious try taking the sprayer head of the shower and put it on the jet stream setting and open ur bum a bit and let it rip first time i did it i came like twice in a row.

Are there an control issues with it to worry about like with the marshmallow test, first time I had those put in it was really humiliating to realize I had no control after.

I have tried several cubes, (tip: allow them to melt a bit to remove any sharp edges) I also want to try another way to do this, freeze a 14 oz water bottle, allow it to melt to the size desired and use as a frozen dildo.

The marshmallow test is more of a punishment test, usually you only need to do the following for a good experience.

* Get some marshmallows (small work but jet puff require less)

* Freeze the marshmallows for about an hour

* Have someone help prep your bottom with lube or use enough to get 2 fingers comfortably in

* Take marshmallows (usually use 3-4 at least) and insert them in as deep as you can by hand

* Diaper up or if you're being punished put on panties or what you're ordered to

* Within about 10-20 minutes you'll feel an uncontrollable urge to go to the bathroom, you can clench but it gets worse once you stand up

* Once you go it'll be soft and warm and you'll have no control over it.

* More marshmallows means a greater struggle and a much more embarrassing end too

Hopefully it helps, when I get punished with it my face usually turns red as I squirm trying to hold back. Once it happens my mommy just cups my face and says sweetly that it looks like I'm not ready to move out of diapers and I usually have to wear it for a while until she decides it's been long enough.

One warning though, if you haven't cleared things out... when you go it might include everything as well. The incontinence is only temporary though and because of the sugar it might not be great to do this too often.
