Thank you for working up the courage to come out of lurk mode. I too, am more or less in the closet as I haven't been out and about wearing a skirt or dress in a long time. My significant other knows I wear feminine underwear and pantyhose, but isn't thrilled about it.

Sometimes in the morning before I go to work and while my SO is out for her daily morning walk, I'll wear a skirt or dress. Sometimes though, I'll put on a nappy (diaper) and get it nice and warm and wet.

I too, love the sweet divine feminine force. On many a Sunday evening this past spring and summer, I've dehaired my legs and arms and chest using Nair and, in the morning, put on pantyhose under my en homme work clothes. I love the feminine feeling of being held steady by control top pantyhose.
