Target has lots of styles of footie pajamas! The adult section is a little lacking, but the Large and X-large in boy's and girl's sections would fit most adults.

I bought a pair today and they're so comfortable! They're made of fleece, but the fabric is thin enough to wear around the house without getting too hot.

Happy shopping and please post any other stores that sell these!

Unless they've changed drastically since last year, someone who's 5'10" can fit in an x-large. :3 They're fairly warm IMHO.

My most recent go-crazy-and-decide-to-shop-at-3AM trip has also revealed Wal-Mart apparently has some sort of adult-sized footie pj thing going on, too. ^^

I'm SOOOO happy i baught a footed sleeper. Last year i purchased one at target and the biggest size they had was LARGE,maybe i was a little late in buying them. Anyway the size large was just a little to small gggggrrrrrrrr, and the zipper blew out the 1st day. It could have been becuase my diaper was to bulky but all i knew at that point that it was alittle to small.
This year everything changed. I went to Targt again and low and behold they had in stock x-large and i think TARGET had the adult baby in mind. The x-large is a perfect fit and i think they went beyong dize and made a little extra room for the bulky diaper.
I'm 5'6" tall about 150 lbs. and they fit perfect.
Really already came in very handy ober the past couple of noght for the temp. has been like in the teens and the keep me toastie warm and sleeping in them i never felt warmer.
Plus there wonderful to wear outside under your winter clothes kinda like having long underware on.
