If you use Mozilla Firefox, you can get these things called Personas that act like borders for your browser. I really like the Hello Kitty Pink Glass. There are sure to be zounds of others!

Yay!!! I'm switching to Firefox just so I can use a theme. I also got the Personas Extension so I can change themes on the fly. Thanks!
