So I met with a therapist who specializes in TG issues about a month ago...and I got the approval to start hormones after my first visit! I got my prescription filled out by my doctor this last week and I am happy to say that I've finally started with my transition. I have the support of everyone close to me, which is something I'm very grateful for.

Anyway, today was my first day on hormones and it was great. I feel SOOOOOOOOOOOOO relieved and relaxed right now. It's probably because I no longer have to worry about growing into a man, which is something I have been struggling with for a long long time. My future finally seems clear to me and I'm really excited.

I know I have a long road ahead of me and that there will most definitely be bumps along the way but I'm not scared.
