One of my favorite sissy stories, and one I reread at least once a year, is The Clinic. I don't know who wrote it, and I've seen it credited to many writes as it moves around the internet. The story is about a brilliant psychologist named Dr. Whetmore who starts creating a perfect community where all the men are regressed into helpless diapered babies and all the women are trained to be their Mommies. I first read this story because I was looking for a new erotic mind control story to read, and the story has lots of hypnosis and subliminal message, but I really came to appreciate the diapering and loving dominance. As I read about newlywed couple John and Ann's slow conditioning into big baby and Mommy, I came to learn that I need a Mommy myself.
Another favorite is The Bondage Perils of Supergirl by FastFist. This is a loooong story where different super heroes are captured and transformed by an evil alien sorceress, who particularly delights in playing with Supergirl. For a large part of the story Supergirl is kept in a diaper and rubber panties and her only food is kryptonite-laced formula from a bottle. Batgirl ends up in a similar predicament, and a brainwashed Wonder Woman spends a good portion of the story playing nanny to the regressed heroes. This story is just a lot of trashy fun, and I'll often scroll to a random section and just read whatever is there.
Finally, I think my absolute favorite sissy story is Ruth's Big Baby by Homer Vargas. It's a tightly written short story where a handsome man visits a psychiatrist named Ruth to help him with his confidence, only to be hypnotized, stolen away from his girlfriend, and made into Ruth's happy baby. It's a vary steamy story and has all of Homer's hallmarks.
