Your best bet, if you can squeeze into them, are L/XL goodnites for girls. But, after that, there aren't a lot of cute designs on bigger pull-ups. Whenever my Mommy makes me wear pull-ups, so I can "try" to use the potty lol, she makes me color them with fabric markers to make them more babyish/girly. These pull-ups are just the ones you can buy at any local drugstore. I love the extra task of having to design my own toddler undies tee-hee. Best of luck and I hope this helps!

You can buy whatever your favorite pull up is, and buy decorative tape. Then you can decorate them however you like.

My little one is 5'11 and weight 170 lbs. The Curity Youth Pants Youth Pull-On Diapers Size Large/X-Large fits me perfectly and hold up much better than goodnights. They are plain white and I decorate them with big stickers I find online. She looks sooo cute in them!!
