I am wondering what is the best adult diaper you have put on and worn. My favorite is Dry Care Dry 24/7.

I like the solid white plastic cover and the really thick soft padding inside. I do waddle when I walk wearing one of these.

They are sized slightly larger so the Medium fits me perfectly. My previous favorite was Abena M4, also called X-plus.

This is good news, as I am in need of new nappies. I hope to hear more input from others. Personally it's a tie between M4 and Molicares for me. They both held everything I could give them. teehee, I'm bad
