I love to dress up in little girl frillies as I remember it back in the fifties. This is how I do it.

I start with a soft double birdseye cloth diaper securing each side with large 3 inch pink headed diaper pins. Sometimes, I use a gauze diaper instead. I slip on a pair of baby girl plastic lined rhumba panties, either pink with white lace or white with pink lace and a little bow in the back. I check to make sure all the diaper is inside the elastic leg and waist openings of the plastic panties so ther'll be no accidents. Beautifully scented baby powder is shaken down the front and the back inside the diapers. It smells and fells soooo good. I choose a pair of white anklets with delicate pink lace and bow on each and pull them on, making sure the bow is on the outside. Next are the low heal black patent leather Mary Jane shoes. I just got them on Ebay after searching for many years ( I have big feet for a little girl ).
Now to choose a frilly party dress. I have several , all lined with satin, and most with pretty organdy in ruffles on the outside. All have a full circle skirt about knee high, maybe a little higher with the slip and petticoats under them. They also have so much lace, ribbons, and bows with cute short puffed sleeves and a color cordinated sash to be tied inthe back. I can choose from pink, white, blue, or yellow, but prefer the adorable pink party dress most of all. It is really too pretty for words.

But before I can put it on, I have to select my slip and petticoats. And, yes, I have some little girl authentic bouffant slips with either a stiff white taffeta or paper nylon ( anybody remember that ) tiered inner skirt for next to my legs ( can't you just feel it! ) with a at least ruffled tiered nylon outer layer and a nylon tricot bodice trimed in delicate lace and a tiny pink or white bow near the top center of the bodice. I love the nylon ribbon sholder straps. One has a pretty pink ribbon bow on the outer skirt. That is my favorite. I gather the skirts of the slip so that I can slip it over my head, putting my arms inside the delicate straps carefully and letting the layers fall down over my hips. It is so slippery and feminine. OMG, the feeling, but then you know what I'm talking about, don't you. Shaking out the skirts so they set right with the fullness they are meant to display, and adjusting the little straps if needed, I turn to the business of selecting one or more petticoats of which all of mine ar nylon net multilayer in pretty white or pastel shades of pink, blue, or yellow. I prefer the extra full nylon organdy petticoats because they feel so good and make the dress stick way out so that my rhumba panties show if i'm not careful.

After the petticoat(s) are slipped over my head and fluffed out from my waist, I unzip the selected little girl party dress and gathering the skirts, gently lower being careful to put my arms through those adorable puff sleeves. Adjusting and fluffing the skirts of the party dress over the petticoats, I manage, with some difficulty to zip up the dress in the back and make a pretty bow with the sash in the back. Now I'm in my little girl outfit and truly feel so prissy that I love to twirl in front of a full length mirror, hear the swishing of the skirts, nylon against nylon, and especially the crakle of the paper nylon or taffeta under skirt. Now it's little girl heaven for sure. The bulk of the diaper and plastic baby panties reminds me that I'm not a big girl yet.

Then, I often sit, being careful to smooth the skirts under my bum, in front of the computer and complete my fantasy by visiting sites like this one. There are so many feelings that i can't describe them all in the space of this entry. But I hope that I have provided you with nice story of what I'm doing right now.
