I am always seeing these stupid adds on the internet. Refering to Pampers and Huggies size 7 as being for adult babies. I don't know any adults that weigh 40 to 60 lbs. You best bet is Goodnights extra large, they are supposted to fit between 60 and 120 lbs. I weigh 160 and can barely wear them, they are very small and tight.

For some reason ebay has teen and adult pull ups by Attends very cheap to buy, watch out for a low shipping cost or they become too expensive.

Thanks for your reply Baby Butch.

Maybe I need to be more clear. I've found a series of pictures depicting how to add an extension strip to pampers with the use of superglue, a pamper and an adult diaper to use a donors so that an adult could then wear the pamper. I'm looking for something similar, but with huggies pullups. There must be someone out there that has experimented with some type of extender.

I found a way to do it a couple years back...basically it involved taking one pullup, which usually have the easy opening sides, and undoing the sides. Then rip off or cut one off the sides (the part that has the plastic sticky part) and just use those as extenders to make them go around a larger waist size.

I like to wear pampers, and I've come up with my own way of making them fit:

First, take a diaper and cut off the front (with the plastic strips that the tapes tape onto) and set it aside, then cut off the two tapes that would tape onto that strip. Next, cut the strip part in half, which should give you two strips about 3 to 4 inches long.

The strips should be open for the stuffing to be falling out, so it's best to either sew or staple the edges together to keep it in (or however you can prevent the stuffing from falling out) I like to keep the stuffing in, mainly because without it the strips are too thin/delicate and tend to rip.

Next, I have these little strips of elastic which is used for waist bands (for things like sweat pants, underwear, etc.) I attach the strips to these, leaving some extra to attach the tapes on.

Basically, the elastic is tougher and stretchier, and also gives more length. This allow it to be more durable and comfortable. Using the strips allows you to tape on another diaper (the one you'll be wearing) and then using the tapes from the strips to tape onto the front.

I would attach pictures, but I don't have a camera.

Hope this helps any. If you have a question, I'll be happy to answer.
Not sure the extent that this well help...I'm pretty small (5'8" 120 Ibs) and I get pretty close to fitting in a pamper without extending. By close, I mean I can get it on but if I move even a little something ends up ripping. =(
