Personally I have never had any. I once seen a Maury episode that had TV's and women both in bikinis and the crowd had to guess whether is was a woman or a man. You could see cleavage on the men in bikini's but couldn't see any indication they weren't real. They also showed some footage of the TV's prepping themselves for the show and none of them had breasts in the before footage. So they must be available and is why I used them in my story but noted that I was not professional on the subject and I was using them for story purpose.
