Author’s Notes
This story is my own imagining of an existing story: Prelude To Foundation, by Isaac Asimov. But this is by no means a reproduction of his work in anyway. I have only borrowed a few things from his novel to be able to tell my own tale, purely for a creative purpose and I also had an idea for a Sissified/Babyfied Version for this tale.
Though, this idea has taken me many, many years to come up with it. All images used for this story are the copyright of the owners of those images and Google Image Search respectively. Only the Images supplied by me using SketchUp to make them with, belong to me.
Silly me. I forgot to mention the fact that the main central character of this story is and remains exactly the same as the one, featured in Prelude To Foundaton. As to honour Isaac Asimov's book. All other character names and planet names apart from Helicon, the Dahl Sector & the Wye Sector, have been changed, purely for my own take on Asimov's book.

Prologue
It was the year 12,030 of the Tundra Dynasty, a dynasty that had lasted for many, many eons. The Planet Tundra itself was most would say a very much enchanted world, for it had an aqua marine blue sky, that gave off a lovely gentle blue green glow in the day light, when the twin suns were high in the horizon. The sky at night, rather being pitched black, was a deep dark green, of which two moons made the sky appear just slighter brighter, but not by much, due to an unusual dense atmosphere, yet despite this, the air was remarkably breathable for the inhabitants of human beings that lived there.
Humanity itself had changed so many times over the course of history, that their true origins are almost practically a myth. Only some people would argue that humanity began in the very first Galactic Era of the first Galactic Empire under the very first Galactic Emperor, Emperor Voss Aryan.
No matter the true history of mankind’s origins, one thing that was for certain, was that they had lasted even far longer than their alien neighbours had. Many species and civilisations had come and gone over the many eons of Galactic History. Yet humanity had survived, many countless intergalactic wars, among many catastrophes, etc.
There
was a large number of humans living practically on every single alien world of
the Galactic Empire. The seas of Tundra are the same colour as the sky, the
grass was a dark green and various shades of dark green, that at night time,
like any other dark night on any other world, the grass cannot be seen, even
the ordinary dark green patches of grass cannot be seen, but with an almost
green like sky meeting the green lands of Tundra.
It can be if one is not used to seeing such things, for it to be vary disorientating, as you would not know which way is up or down, other than knowing that you are stood on solid ground, but the senses can be tricked into thinking otherwise.
Other than this well-known fact, Tundra was a most majestic planet with forests, unspoiled countryside, mountains, spectacular waterfalls, tropical like rain fall, there was cities and instead of roads, cars travelled by air, though there was some roads for cars to land on, confined though, to the cities and towns only, but other than those, the many green fields of Tundra were undisturbed. The Buildings were topped with domes, others had tall pointed spires. Each building was of various sizes and shapes and so was the transportation too.
Tundra was the Paradise of the entire Galactic Empire and no one could or would for that matter, argue with that.
(Tundra)
One of the most tallest structures of them all was the Imperial Palace, the one place where so many other Emperors have lived, it was the once home of Emperor Voss Aryan himself, right up to the very day he died and a new Emperor had taken his place and everything else that went with that position. And so many Emperors had come and gone during that very long Galactic Empire, over many centuries ago and beyond even that. The most current Emperor of Tundra was Emperor Kahn, Kahn Mohammed the 1st, as it was claimed to be and it was so.
(The Imperial Palace)
Even
though there had been no other Emperors with the name of Mohammed that had come
and gone before him, but that did not matter to Emperor Kahn, he was the first
of his kind, a nonhuman being, to become an Emperor, whereas, all of the other
Emperors before him had all been human.
Hence his insistence of being the 1st in name and title both.
Emperor Kahn was an Alundrian, a being that was almost reptile like in nature, but yet he had scales almost to that of a fish, it was an odd mixture between reptilian scales and fish scales, being one of neither reptile or fish.
But then again there was so many diverse, different and odd looking alien species of the Galactic Empire, that his appearance was ‘Normal.’ to everyone else. Not a single human being or any other alien being for that matter stared at the Emperor, or made fun of him, even before he became the Emperor.
And despite having scales instead of skin, he had hair at the top of his head, even hair on his face that had been specially groomed and fashioned to that his beard took on the form of bat like wings that were at either side of his moustache and upon his chin with spaces between the bat wings, was something like akin to two large fangs, with two pointed spikes at either end with smaller ones in the centre. All of which gave his face an almost menacing look to it.
It also did not help the fact that he was 8ft tall in height. He surprisingly, had bright blue eyes that looked like sapphires and not fish or reptilian like eyes at all. He wore clothes over his scales, in the very same way human beings wear clothes to cover their naked bodies. He was wearing a crimson red cape that draped over his broad shoulders, he was wearing a white with gold trim suit, with trousers, socks and shoes to match his Imperial Majesty.
For
Emperor Kahn virtually looked like a King. He was a King, but he was also so
much more than that and being an Emperor in this era made him be beyond merely
just Kingship. A King owns a Kingdom, Being a Galactic Emperor, simply meant
that he owned an entire Galaxy.
The palace that he now occupied was as grand as his outfit was, with various marble like stone walls of red, purple and blue with gilding of solid gold, halls and rooms filled with statues of great beauty, others however, looked more sinister, very gothic and scary like, in places.
Emperor
Kahn Mohammed the 1st was stood outside
upon a grand balcony, where he could see virtually all of Tundra itself. As the
palace was the most central and highest structure in all of Tundra.
He saw one one his royal currier cars descend down on to the grand driveway of the palace’s grounds. “It’s time for me to change out of these clothes.” He said to himself, as he turned to leave the balcony area. Just as he did so, he missed seeing his royal escort guards bringing with them out of the car, a young man in his early twenties
The man in question was human, he was 25 years old, 5ft 4in tall, he had short dark brown hair, blue eyes and he was of slim build. He was wearing a dark brown 3piece suit, a blue tie, blue socks, brown shoes. These were the typical colours of any man from Helicon, a planet that was the 5th planet of the Tundra Solar System. This man even unbeknown at the time would not only become famous, but in fact, he would become a living Legend…
