         scene 

david was at the mall walking around aimlessly trying to figure out what his feelings of him wanting to be a baby girl.  he was so confused thinking about it that he got lost in the mall. he was so scared that he wet and messed himself.
  when he realised what he did he ran to a corner and curled into a ball and started to cry he cried so hard that he went into a coma.  after about ten minutes his best friend bella passed by and saw him in a corner and ran over to him scared that he might be hurt.

   when bella got to david she said"david are you alright. hey david it's me bella are you alright." when she didn't get a response she pulled out a phone and dialed 911. as the phone rang she heard david say before he went into a full coma that he wishes with all his heart that  he was a baby girl.

 when the police dispatch picked up she said"hello i need help my best friend has just went into a coma at the mall please send help and hurry." "yes mam the ambulance will be there in five minutes please stay there and watch him till they get there. bye"

Another cute and babyish story although it started our rather sad. I am glad David is alright and Bella now mommy is taking care of him. He gets to be the baby girl now as Anna Marie. Is there more story? I hope so since you left off in a place you can add to.
