Halloween Party
Scene 1: In the town of Bonneville, Florida there is not a lot of people. Population is not much more than 5,000. Most homes are in the country and Orlando is only 20 miles away. The Hines family lives off Dyke Road and the household consists of only Kim Hines the mother and Bill Hines the son.
Kim Hines is an average size woman 5’ 9” tall with a weight of 160 pounds. She has long blond hair and blue eyes. Kim Hines is 40 years old. Bill Hines is only 4’ 6” tall and weighs only 70 pounds. Bill has long blond hair and is 19 years old. Dad is small and Bill ended up like his father only worse. Dad ran off several years ago after a divorce. He did not wish to raise a child.
Bill is invited to a Halloween party by a lady he hardly knows. He does not want to sit home and give out candy. Bill wants to go to the party and have fun. Bill met Marie at a small grocery store near their house. Kim his mother would rather he stay home and help give out candy.
“I don’t think you should go to a party with someone you just met,” mother said, “you are small for your age and people may make fun of you.”
“I know that mother, I went thru 12 years of school,” Bill pointed out, “I was not treated nicely by some people.”
Bill does not think there is anything to be concerned about now that he is an adult. In school most people left him alone except for the bullies. Mom is not getting Bill to agree to stay at home with her. He wants a social life, Halloween is a good time for a costume party. Bill it thinking he may go as a Zombie or Witch.
“Since you insist on going to this party of Marie’s I will allow you to go,” mom said, “I will choose your costume and drop you off at the party.”
“Ok mom whatever you say,” Bill said, “I may have a beer or two at the party.”
Bill does not have a car and depends on mom for transportation. Kim was with Bill at the store when Marie invited him to the party. Bill was given directions on a piece of paper. Bill is sure mom will help make him a great Zombie or Witch. Mom has other ideas and will let Bill know about them. She chooses the costume!
Halloween is October 31 which is tomorrow. It falls on a Wednesday this year.
Bill returns to his bedroom and is thinking of ideas of how mom might make him a Zombie or Witch. He knows mom has makeup and can come up with something great. Mom on the other hand has left to do some shopping at a local store. Mom is taking Bill to the party as a little girl. He should not have argued with mother and insisted he is going. He is going alright and as a little girl.
Kim arrives at a Mini Mall just 5 miles from home. They have specialty shops and small stores privately owned. Kim goes to Fanny’s Frills, a dress shop and under clothes store for women and children. They carry old fashioned girls’ clothing.
“Hello I am looking for the little girls department,” Kim said to a young woman, “I need some underclothes and a dress.”
“My name is Carol and I will take you there,” the clerk said, “follow me please.” “We carry a wide variety of old fashioned little girls clothing.”
“The first thing I need is a few pairs of little girl’s nylon panties,” Kim stated, “the nylon brief panties that are shiny white and have little flowers.”
“We have those and they are a very popular item,” Carol replied, “I suggest 3 pairs since we have them with yellow roses, red roses, and pink roses.” “The elastic in the waist and legs is good quality and matches the flower color.”
Kim finds these panties to be perfect and takes 3 pairs in a little girl’s size 10. They are good quality nylon too. Kim asks for a training bra next, one that is lacy white with a rose between the cups. Carol has no problem finding one like that. Kim wants tights next in size 10 that are pink and white. Mommy Kim is thinking that extra little girl’s clothes will come in handy for punishment if needed.
“I have panties, a training bra, and tights,” Kim stated, “I need a dress for my little girl in a size 10.” “Something very little girlish and pink is preferred.”
Carol takes a perfect dress off a hanger. It is pink and made to fit very short. The dress has short puffy sleeves with white lace. The hemline has white lace all around the dress. The neck is rounded with a collar also with white lace. The pink dress has a high empire waist with a white ribbon to tie in the back. The dress zips up the back and the wearer could not unzip it.
“This dress is perfect and I will take it too,” Kim said, “I will need lacy socks and shiny black Mary Jane shoes.”
Carol finds those without any problem, she gets 3 pairs in size 10. The socks are white, pink, and yellow with lacy tops. Mary Jane shoes are in stock and the right size is added to the order. Kim is sure everything will fit Bill great. She will send him to the party as Betsy. Her order is properly bagged and paid for. Kim goes back home to wash the new clothing.
“Hello mom did you pick up some things so I have a costume for the Halloween party?” Bill asks, “I did say I wanted to be a Zombie or a Witch.”
“Relax sweetie, mommy bought all that you will need,” Kim said smiling, “I will surprise you with the costume tomorrow.”
Bill concludes mother bought what he asked for and will not bother her tonight. He goes back to his bedroom to watch television. Bill also calls Maria on the phone to say he will be attending the party. She is pleased and reminds him to show up before 6 pm to have a nice dinner.
“Glad you are coming Bill and that your mother is dropping you off,” Maria said, “There is not much room to park cars.” “You can have fun and mingle with the other guests.”
Kim takes all the new clothes for a little girl and puts them in the washer on gentle cycle with warm water not hot. She enjoys washing and drying them and afterward folding the cute femine clothing. The dress is put on a hanger. Mom leaves things in the laundry room ready to wear.
“I will have supper ready in a half hour,” mom told Bill, “make sure you wash up and comb your hair.”
Mom makes fried fish with French fries, she knows Bill loves fish and chips. A salad is made and they have brownies ready to eat. It is not long before the table is set and the family can eat. Bill is excited about tomorrow’s party and is not worried about his small size. He wants to meet new people and make friends.
“I spoke on the phone with Maria who is having the Halloween party,” Bill said, “We need to be there before 6 pm when she is serving dinner.”
“You can shower and wash your hair at 4 pm tomorrow and I will help you get dressed in your costume,” mom said, “Maria lives fairly close, I will drop you off at 5:30 pm so you can enjoy dinner with the other guests.”
