Terry had few friends so after his mom divorced his dad who was very mean to both Terry and his mother , they moved to a new town.

They had moved to town in the summer so Terry had no friends here but there were a few kids in the neighbor hood he lived in , they were all girls.

Finely the bus made it school with the others laughing at Terry .
Terry's first day so far had been a living nightmare and he just wished he could crawl in a hole and die.

Well Carrie knew they had no choice but to go bra shopping before school tommorow and Terry knew there was no way to avoid his fate to be doomed to be teased and this bra deal was only going to make things worse.

It was not a department store like walmart but a small store on the other side of town it was run by a older lady name Jenny.

Well the dreaded morning came when Terry had to go to school in his new bra which just made his breast more noticable.

She got her cell and called the police he was assaulted and did not want the school to cover it up.
The police and the cops got there at the same time.
The police taped off the rest room as a crime scene and took him to the hospital.
Terry woke up two days later..
Terry's eyes fluttered as he started to come too.
Terry moaned in pain a bit he was in pain.
"Terry , Terry can you hear me?"
"Mom ?"
"It's ok your at the hospital."
"Wait a second honey Im going to get the doctor I will be right back."
Carrie returned with the doctor.
He looked Terry over .
"I think he will be ok But we still need to keep a eye on him for a few days, to make sure no bone fragments got to his brain or to his lungs but I think he will be ok."
"The slight skull fracture and the broken rib need to be looked after for a few days more then he can return to school."
"I think he will be ok , I do hope the cops get who ever done this to him."
Later that day a detective came to see Terry
"Terry can you tell me who done this to you and why.."
"Yes sir I have no problems telling you who or why.
Terry named each of the four boys by first and last name, then he went into detail about his condition and how the school made him wear a bra because he was devolping like a girl instead of a boy and how he had been treated about being tossed into the girls rest room a few times before the attack.
"Did the teachers or principal do any thing?"

The pain medicine was starting to wear off and Terry called for the nurse.

Terry smiled he was relived that his mom loved how he looked because dressed like this he did not feel like such a freak and looked like a girl dressed like this and as much as Terry had devolped aas of late the cloths pretty much had done a compleat transformation.

Miss Margo was the last class of the day.

After Harley left ,it was late so Terry went up to his room to get ready for bed and then go to sleep.
After getting into bed Terry could not stop thinking aboout tommorw he knew since Ray and Billy as well as the others that they would be out for revenge and that scared Terry a lot.
He had a very restless night and had woke up around one in the morning.
He sat up in bed thinking about all that coould go wrong this morning on the way to school and not to mention his ribs were still healing it all made her so neervious that she had started to play with the hem of her purple night gown.
Carrie had not had much sleep either she was sick with worry for her daughter, that was how she thought of Terry as her daughter.
I mean after all the doctors had told her that Terry was basicly a girl so why not think of her that way.
Miss Margo's suggestion aboout getting the paper involved seemed to be the only way to try and make things safer than they were now.

What people that were not at the police station had Mr Burns baracaded in his house calling him a monster and they wanted him removed from his job and that he be charged in the conspircy as well as obstruction as well as endangering the wellfare of a minor at will.
"Mr Burns had called the police, but they wewre already on their way to arrest him for the very charges the parents had been demanding."
both Mr Burns and Herman were jailed the six boys sat in jail waiting trial but they were waiting so all involved could give their accounts of what happend.
Terry had more people on his side than he knew about but it became veery effident as flowers and get well cards had come flooding in to terry as well as her three friends.
The judge wanted to make sure no one got off so he found one reason or another to keep putting off the trial untill the doctors would clear them to leave the hospital .
The Judge had seen both videos and the artical in the paper as well as statements from all the teachers and a lot of the students.
He was outraged that something like this could happen in his town.

It took all of five minutes to convict all of them Billy and Ray and the others got to spend time in a juvinal center until they were eighteen and then they were to spend two yerars in prison after that.
the police chief and Mr burns got eight years for their crimes.
Terry's collapsed lung was giving her problems so she was rushed back to see what was wrong.
The damage done to the lung was more severe than the doctors thought but a week laterTerry was realased and was able to return to school.
