Zack seems lucky, he only has a belt and crotch strap, holding him in his stroller. I think he could use some mittens, on those handies, and a child safety harness/reins, on his chest, to be sure he does not escape. Well maybe his mommy is bating him? Maybe she wants him, to try and escape, so she can then implement those things?
