I remember the times my mother changed my diapers and at the time I was always in cloth diapers with pins & rubber pants. I was such a bad bedwetter & peed my pants so often I never got out of them (no male underwear). As I reached adolescence my mother had me share panties with my three sisters (I wet them too). The thing I remember is the stretchiness of them sounding like a ballon as she pulled them up my legs (they were pink of course). They were so tight, the leg openings popped going over my bony knees and snapped in place over the diaper. I couldn't have taken them off if I wanted to. They had a special smell that I've been looking to replicate my whole life. Like you say, I'm sure they sell them (probably latex). Fond memories I share to this day.
