The most recent episode of The Penguins of Madagascar, titled "Miss Understanding" revolves around gender confusion. The penguins, a squad of manly commandos, overhear the zookeeper tell someone that there were (3 males and 1 female). And they perform a test to determine which one of theme is actually a woman.

The test reveals that Skipper is female, and he transforms into a walking stereotype. He puts on a bow and becomes an annoying little sissy.
