Im looking to impose a set of rules on my self, a sissy one at that and i need help as a sissy i cant be alowed
to pick what is wrong and wright. it would go against my nature, as a sub.
some one else needs too.
i was thinking of rules and regs along these lines,

masibation to any image other than male
a break in ser period of being in chastity
a break in set period of being pluged
Contact with a women of any kind (sexual)
failer to compleate a set sissy task

You get the picture, i am trying to become more sissy, so any idea's and what the punishments should
be would be very welcome.

I will do anything even consume my own poo if im told too as a punishment so please dont hold back.

I will also soon be getting a female mask and body suit which can go with my uniform
and also i have a full victions 1860 day dress with is about 6 layers i will tell you.
I will post a pic of me in it one day.

Any way if you can help please post back, was maby thinking of having a deck of cards with a set task on so
everytyhing is set at random. Also set periods of chastity could be set from a randome number generator
say 1 to 30, or even use the lottery i dont know. Thats why i need help:)

I won´t be able to provide you with tasks in ausual fashion, but considering your post I think that this might solve your problem: http://www.virmst.eu/ I´m sure there is a thread somewhere about this. Lots of scripts available and making one yourslef isn´t that hard as well.

A few to get you started.

You must keep you toes polished at all times.
Failure: Meaning polish is off for more than hour means you have to show you painted toes in public.

Bra and Panties must be worn all the time unless bathing or sleeping
Failure: You will need to wear a black bra and panties with thin white shirt and pants in public.

Keep your body clean shaven
Failure: For to do face means makeup in public, upper body means see through blouse in public, and lower body means pantyhoses with shorts or skirt in public.

Failure: No release for five days

Spend four straight hours in high heels everyday.
Failure: Open toed heels in public

Some are so evil but as a sub these rules are what i must live by i doewnload the program and it works great but i love the rules that are ritten down and being told to do so.
