Go out and buy yourself feminine razors, feminine shaving cream, and Nair or equivalent. Remove all hair from your body that a little girl would not have.

To the extent possible switch to using only feminine grooming products instead of masculine ones.(deodorant, shampoo, shaving cream, razors, skin lotion, etc)

Since you are still at home a couple of easily hidden things.
Wear toe ring(s) and an anklet(s) under your regular socks

If you can do it without the smell giving you away keep your toenails clear polished (? maybe fingernails)

Start regularly using clear lipgloss and clear mascara

When you have an evening alone use a facial mask

Diaper yourself and go to a shopping mall. Find one of those kiosks where they custom make t-shirts, go to the girl there and ask her to make one for you that says "Diapered Sissy"

ok, its an update

i have started a 7 day a month period, i have a tampon in my boy pussy every 8 hours
i wear clear polish on my toes and fingers
and sorry, i couldent do the shirt, my mall doesent have one, ill be waiting for my punishment

Please remember that you need to change your tampon every 4 to 6 hours for safety to avoid toxic shock syndrome.

Maybe you can now add clear mascara and/or clear lip gloss to what you wear.

Maybe add some feminine jewelry under your boy clothes.
