I think the first thing Pinkie needs to do is put a diape, before she piddles everywhere. Sense she's being cranky, she needs to fill up a bottle with juice and lay down with her bottle and favorite stuff animal and drink all of her juice and then take a nap.

go to a salon and have all your inappropriate hair removed or
Buy feminine razors, feminine shave cream, and Nair or Veet and remove all inappropriate hair.
Inappropriate hair would include everything below the neck.

I think it's time for Pinky to wet her panties. Put on a short skirt and some pretty panties. Start to wet them but only wet them half way. Put on a diaper over your wet panties like your mommy just did an emergency procedure on you in the car, and then finish wetting yourself into the diaper. Wear the wet panties and diaper around for the rest of the day.

That's is perfectly OK. The only difference is that if you do the other, you have to sit in it after you finish to squish it all up and wiggle all around. To recap: Start to make your poopie in your panties then pinch it off. Run put a diaper on over your poopie panties and then finish your poopie. Squish it alllllllll around and then wear your diaper for the rest of the day.
