I think that's a Nuk 10. They show up on ebay every now and then and sell for outrageous prices ($100.00).

Seller: ab-charm Feedback 197 / 98.3 satisfaction - 1 Negative not related to NUK10
Canadian seller - dollar amounts in C$ dollars
But this one obviously fits the adult baby perfect.
As large as life - the real thing - and attention to detail - heavy duty ring suitable for the adult mouth.
If mine would have to fabricate a locking strap to prevent unauthorized removal.
Wish there were more of these available.
Seller has been selling these since March last year - about -1- a month.
