Now; as for a contribution from Pudding. In my opinion...~
A sissy should, at least once; wear a diaper to work/school/a movie theater.
A sissy should, at least once; spend a day with a butt-plug in her tushie that is juuust big enough to be uncomfortable when first inserted.
A sissy should, at least once; buy her own panties, in person.
A sissy should, at least once; see her friendly lingerie boutique to be professionally fitted for a bra/corset purchase.

I think a sissy should at some point also be punished by:

Being Spanked (wooden spoon or better)

Once being denied to use of the restroom until you wet your panties (or until you give up and wet them)
or
Once play a desperation game with another person to see who wets first...and at some point you lose on purpose.

Also:
Wear a flower in your hair at some point in public.

Buy yourself a really nice doll like a disney princess one, tell the checker it is for you if asked. Sleep with it in or next to your bed in its own bed.

Once buy tampons, maxi pads or adult diapers for yourself at the store (and check out with only that item). If you are small enough buy yourself goodnites/drynites depending on your country instead.

Have a pink or purple, some girly colored bed set (skirt and all)

Have Women's multi-vitamens instead of Mens in your house (and use them)

Oh and have a girly looking toothbrush ^_^

Have spent at least 1 full week wearing a tampon and pads to simulate having a period.

Have color polished their toenails and worn it continuously for at least a full week

Have shaved off their body hair and maintained it for a month
