I'm a 20 year old sissy girl who isn't mature enough to be out of diapers yet... I'm not ready to be a big girl yet which is why I get teased and cry a lot. But a dumb crybaby like me deserves to be humiliated and punished, so please tell me what to do to be a good sissy girly.

Right now I'm wearing a very thick diaper, with pink plastic panties, a pink huggies pull-ups t-shirt with my favorite disney princesses on it, a pink romper/dress and some hair barrettes. My few limits are anything yucky (messing/wetting is ok but cum/extreme stuff is not). I have a naughty black dildo if you decide I should need it.

Go out to a store and buy Nair, Feminine Razors, Feminine Shaving cream, etc and then go home and remove all hair that a little girlie in diapers would not have.
That means all facial hair, and all hair from the neck down.

If you really want to be humiliated why don't you shove a Dulcolax suppository up your butt and then put on a diaper and plastic panties.

Then go out bra and panty shopping in one of those outlet stores that don't have a bathroom. Then you'll be twice as embarrassed when you're there talking to the clerk about being fitted for a bra or having to find panties that fit over your diapers because you're such a baby you'll inevitably fill your panties while you dance around like a little fairy trying to stop yourself from going. Imagine what a baby you'll feel like, standing there in a messy diaper. All you will want to do is shrink away but you'll be out in public acting like a complete sissy baby. Your masculinity will never recover.

Oh all right a different humiliation.
I assume that you have a pair if close fitting jeans that you can wear over a diaper.
Go to a hardware store and get yourself a length of strong chain that you can thread thru the belt loops as a belt and a key locked padlock that will lock the ends of the chain together.
Go to a drugstore and buy a box of Norforms vaginal deodorant suppositories.
At least 3 days in advance freeze the keys for the padlock into a container of ice (a 1 qt or larger milk container, a 1 qt or larger leftovers storage container){The key should be in the middle of the ice}
Now insert 3 norforms into your sissy hole.
Pull up your diaper and plastic pants.
Pull up your jeans
thread the chain thru the belt loops so that the ends of the chain are in the middle of your back then click the lock closed.
Wait for the fun to begin.
