Taking pictures or at least reporting back is very important. We'd love to hear what you get up to sweetie.

Another idea is to draw up a list of tasks you would find humiliating and then randomly selecting from them by rolling a die, cutting a deck of cards or whatever.

You could also randomise what you are wearing, what toys you are using and how long you do it for.

Don't forget to include something completely mundane like doing the washing up. This can be frustrating and humiliating in itself if you were expecting a little more excitement.
