Hi Sweeties,

I have been a bad sissy girl and need punishment! I lost a bet, and then backed out on the consequence. The consequence was to get my Naval pierced, and get a dangly pink flower belly button ring. But I got scared and chicken out.

Please punish me as I really do deserve it.

Clearly and understandably you are nervous about doing the piercing but Mummy's very unhappy with her sissy. Now Mummy will give you the money but first you have to find out how much it is going to cost but Mummy doesn't want you to phone, she wants you to put on your sissyish pretty outfit and go to the shop and find out the price. Cos Mummy doesn't trust you now you will have to get the person to write price on their letter head paper and sign it and also print their name and then you can come home and scan it into your PC and post it here for everyone to see. You can also post a photo of you at shop taken by the shop person to show you went. You're a bad girl - now don't hang around and go and do it now or Mummy will not give you the money.
