I tried to get a picture of the view out of my window for you but its dark and I'm simply using a cellphone camera. I guess I'll have to explain it for you -- I live on the top floor and I've got an almost floor to ceiling window so I stood on the couch and propped my phone up and set a 15 second timer. There is a twenty some story apartment building next to me that is normally dead but tonight there was about ten people out on their decks, and I could see many more inside their homes next to the window. I thought my phone wasn't working, because that 15 seconds really dragged on. But I stood there on top of my couch lifting up my pink dress to show everyone my polka dot thong the whole time.

Go to a drug store and buy the following feminine items. You may add other feminine items but no male items.
Lubricant, Enema bag, Disposable Douche, Tampons, Maxi Pads
Nail File, Nail Buffer, Nail Polish Base, Feminine Colored Nail Polish, Toe Spreaders, Pumice Stone, Nail Polish Top Coat.
A pair of feminine flip flops.

Use the items in the first set top clean yourself out then start your first period. (Remember change your tampon every 4 to 6 hours)
With your tampon in give yourself a pedicure including shaping and buffing your toenails, then apply a layer of base coat polish, at least 2 color coats. and then a layer of top coat.
In the evening (low light conditions) go outside in a safe nieghborhood where people are out and about and walk around in your flip flops and polished toenails for at least 2 hour.

Sorry about the delay I've been really busy with work, and my personal life is acting up. I suggest you purchase a pair of low-rise pants from the junior department at a local store. Put on your diapers and some pink colored plastic pants, and then the low rise pants over those. For on top, have a t-shirt made that reads "Mommy's Diapered Sissy".
