Ok start out slow....

How about paint your toenails and fingernails your fav bright color, and go run some
errands. Try to get in as much public time as you can manage. Try and leave it on
as long as possible (I'd say atleast 24hrs). Don't use any excuses either, like
"I lost a bet" or the like.
